For your best service, at creterium.gr we have integrated many alternative payment methods, so that you can always choose the one that serves you best! The choice of payment method is made in the last step of completing your order.

Payments for your orders on creterium.gr can be made in the following ways:

Cash on delivery

COD costs for all orders are € 1.70
In order for your cash on delivery order to be shipped, the phone number you stated must be valid.

If the Bank Deposit is selected as the payment method, your order will start to be processed immediately after the confirmation of its deposit. This can be from 1 to 5 days depending on the remittance policy of both banks. The costs for interbank transactions are borne by the customer.

3. Via PayPal 

The order will start processing and will be ready for shipment, once we receive the proof of deposit.

Important remarks

1. Orders that have been paid in full of their value are considered paid and not those in which only partial payment has been made.

2. After submitting the order, it is not possible to change the method of payment. However, if the change is necessary, there is the option to cancel the specific order and submit a new one, with the desired new payment method, AFTER EARLY COMMUNICATION WITH US, provided that the previous one has not been sent.

3. All transactions in the online environment of creterium.gr are made in Euros.

4. creterium.gr reserves the right to delay any order for security reasons or even to cancel it.

Returns policy

Right of Withdrawal

According to law 2251/94, you have the right to withdraw inside (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product to be considered timely. Basic requirements that we have been contacted either by telephone or by email.

Any product return is accepted if:

• The product is in its original condition.
• The packaging of the products has not been opened or unsealed.
• The product is not soiled or damaged.
• The customer assumes the return costs returning the product to its original condition.

If the above conditions are met, the refund of the price you have already paid will be made directly by us or in cooperation with the cooperating payment provider or otherwise within the time limit provided by law in case of withdrawal.

 Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Contact our online store at 281 301 9202 if the product has not been used and is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction so that you can return it, provided that the above conditions are met.

Refunds are not made on our products unless it is our fault.

We can not accept returns of damaged and counterfeit products once the delivery is completed by the carrier. Please check the products and their integrity upon receipt !!

Order cancellation

Your order can be canceled at any time as long as it has not been shipped from the creterium.

We inform you via email about all the stages of order development for this reason, please check your emails to be sure of the current, each time, stage before submitting a cancellation request.

Cancellation on your behalf can be done by phone or email.
