Orders Management

If the products are immediately available in our store, all orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 15:00 noon.

Courier

Shipments are made throughout Greece, in every city and village supported by the ELTA Courier network and abroad with the DHL EXPRESS network.

Shipping cost

SHIPPING COSTS within Greece 2,60 € and FREE shipping costs with purchases over 24 € for all of Greece!

For ABROAD minimum order 5 kg and maximum 10 kg with default price 37 €.

CASH ON DELIVERY COSTS € 1.70

ATTENTION: In order for your order to be shipped, the phone number you stated must be valid so that in case we need to contact you for the delivery of your order.

Shipping time

The delivery of the products of your order is from its completion in Greece approximately 2-3 working days with ELTA Courier.

Delivery time Abroad is about 3-5 working days for Europe, with DHL EXPRESS.

For example:

Orders that you choose to pay by deposit in a bank account or transfer by bank transfer from a different bank than ours, are completed when your deposit or transfer is confirmed.

The orders you choose to pay by cash on delivery and as long as they have no other problem with the order details, are immediately confirmed.

Parcels are delivered from Monday to Friday and always in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of ELTA Courier & DHL EXPRESS.

In case it is not possible to deliver your order, the sender will leave you a note or will send you a message (SMS) on the mobile phone that you have declared during your order, for the way of receipt and communication with the branch of ELTA Courier& DHL EXPRESS

Note that shipping times may change due to unstable factors such as: non-immediate availability of the product, special processing, strikes, delays of transport companies, holidays, holidays, etc.

Order tracking

Each customer who has given an email (e-mail) and mobile phone to his details, on the day of sending the order receives a unique number with the shipping code.
With this number it is possible to track your order in the tracking system of ELTA Courier & DHL EXPRESS.

Collection from the store

Collection from the store is possible for all purchases that will be submitted by our online store and have selected as billing address area of the Prefecture of Heraklion . In case you have stated at the end of your order that you wish to receive from our store, you will be notified by phone or email in case there is a problem with the availability of a product of your order. When your order is ready to be received, you will be notified with a new contact. Your order will remain available for delivery for 3 calendar days. If you do not receive it within this time limit, your order will be canceled. If it has been paid electronically, the amount of your order will be refunded to you within (14) calendar days.

The receipt of your order from the store can be done after consultation with us.

NOTE 1: No product is bound without a registered order. Our company reserves the right to request a deposit for each order as well as to change prices without notice. Orders may take 1-5 business days to be processed.

NOTE 2: Changes or additions to registered orders can be made if the order processing has not started and if they do not have 60 minutes from their registration.

NOTE 3:Please note that COD (if you choose) is a method of payment and is not related to shipping.
